How to measure well being
Here's an interesting article about a new way researchers are trying to measure well being..."The researchers used the ratings of different activities by Day Reconstruction Method participants to define an "enjoyment" scale. On the high end of the scale was relaxing with friends, followed by lunch with co-workers, watching TV alone, shopping with a spouse, and cooking alone. Being with one's boss and commuting alone anchored the low end of the enjoyment scale." - from Science Daily
